DMCA Policy

Camscanner Premium Mod Apk respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Please note that incomplete notices may not be processed. We may share the identity and information of the copyright infringer with the complaining party.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s) of the removed content on camscannerpremiummodapk.com).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Camscanner Premium Mod Apk may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please note that Camscanner Premium Mod Apk may provide a copy of such counter-notification to the original complaining party. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in 10-14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our site.
